Bellydance your way to fitness!

Queenie’s unique “BellyPower” classes focus on fitness, building strength and stamina, flexibility and coordination. They’re a perfect workout to work on your general fitness, but also to improve your figure and posture! The exercises are mainly based on bellydance moves, and the music consists of exciting Oriental rhythms!

We start with learning basic moves, which are combined and used to build up to a full workout. We include some strength exercises as well. Afterwards we take the time to stretch and relax.

Bellydance experience is not required!
BellyPower does make a perfect addition to the regular bellydance classes!

The BellyPower classes weekly take place at:
Sports Centre Diependal, Lindeboomstraat 30, Tervuren

The spring course starts on:
Wednesday 21 April 2010, from 8PM to 9PM

Price: 45 euro for the series of 5 classes OR 10 euro per class

This class is English spoken.

Please note: paying per class is allowed for the BellyPower series, but keep in mind that the places are limited. Registering is recommended to ensure your place. Queenie reserves the right to refuse participants if the class is too full.
